About The Role

Scope has an exciting and dynamic opportunity for a Fleet Manager who is committed to providing high-quality day-to-day fleet management and developing a strong rapport with stakeholder at various levels. This is a permanent full-time position, reporting to the Asset Manager. This role is available immediately.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the management and utilisation of the Scope Group vehicles in compliance with various legislative requirements and organisational protocols to ensure the provision of safe and reliable transport for clients and employees, this will involve:

  • Managing external service providers to ensure the best financial outcomes for Scope.
  • Communicating effectively across all levels of employees who utilise and interact with Scope fleet vehicles.
  • Working in collaboration with two Fleet Coordinators in response to maintenance, repairs, and incident resolutions.
  • Maintaining the standards set in relevant legislation to guarantee ongoing accreditation of client-carrying vehicles, including record keeping and documentation.
  • Implementing risk management and mitigation strategies to develop driver awareness and lead change in driver behaviours.

About You

  • Extensive experience as a Fleet Manager providing business support within the Disability sector, includes working within the Community Services sector and/or NFPs (preferred).
  • Ability to build consistent engagement and strong rapport with a diverse range of people and stakeholders.
  • High degree of analytical and inquisitive skills while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to deliver subject matter expertise with approachability and adaptability.
