In this role you will drive evidence-based practice and excellence in the ongoing development of Interrelate's established family dispute resolution (FDR) services and expansion of related family law services and general mediation. Currently our practice focuses on post separation, property mediation; child focused and child inclusive practice. You will lead practice and service innovation through developing current practice and identifying, then embedding emerging practice.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Performing the role of subject matter expert on FDRP, general mediation and family law services
- Identifying, recommending then leading opportunities to develop Interrelate's funded family law Services, in particular property and family law mediation
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement and social impact relevant to family law
- Innovating new FDR service models in line with community needs, current research and evidence based practice
- Contributing to research and sector development in the FDR area to ensure that Interrelate remains current, responsive and cutting edge
- Providing high level advice to all Interrelate staff regarding practice and service developments for Family Law services including child-inclusive practice
- Working collaboratively across Interrelate regions with Practice Leads and staff to ensure service excellence and high quality client outcomes
- Ensuring the FDRP and family law services client journey is of the highest quality, using Human Centred Design to develop products and services
- Providing clinical expertise and professional support to FDRPs, Practice Leads and supporting good clinical governance and quality assurance
- Providing advice and support regarding professional development for practitioners
- Networking with a range of external stakeholders including government, legal professionals, the corporate and the non-for-profit sector.
- Supporting business growth through contributing to tenders and grant applications.
Your qualifications, skills and experience will include:
- Ideally, you will have a Bachelor in law, specialising in family law with FDR and general mediation experience
- Experienced, qualified FDRPs with experience in other family law services with an additional Bachelor's degree in social science, law, psychology, social work or related discipline are also encouraged to apply
- Experience providing high quality clinical supervision; formal training in clinical supervision or coaching will be highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral presentation skills and high emotional intelligence
- Networking and advocacy skills
- Experience in implementing organisational change
- Sound understanding of the development and position of Family Law services within the sector, including government policy, impact of family law, knowledge of the relationship services sector and current research
- Good working knowledge of human centred design principles and their application in the design of human services
- Ability to promote Interrelate's funded family law services with authority and credibility across government and outside of government
