Their packaging, timber products, sewing divisions and laundry services operate from sites across Seven Hills, Erskine Park, Newcastle and Lithgow, employing a workforce of over 500 people.
Access Industries is seeking a strategic and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer to lead the organisation’s financial function through a critical period of transformation and growth.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, this role will shape the financial strategy that underpins the organisation’s next phase, supporting the delivery of a new strategic plan, while leading significant organisational change, strengthening financial sustainability, modernising systems and processes, and enabling data-driven decision making across the organisation.
This is an opportunity to step into a highly influential executive role where you will lead through complexity, drive transformation at scale, and balance commercial performance with a deep commitment to social impact.
As CFO, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis, reporting, risk and governance, investment oversight, and pricing strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating financial insights into clear, actionable direction that supports both commercial outcomes and social purpose, while guiding the organisation through change.
You are a commercially driven and values-led financial leader who thrives in complex, evolving environments, brings a strategic and action-oriented approach, and leads with integrity, clarity, and accountability.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
You will hold a CPA or CA qualification and bring significant senior financial leadership experience. Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or complex service environments is highly regarded.
