About the role

You will play an integral role in building and maintaining enterprise-wide lasting and valuable relationships with key and potential partners as well as other stakeholders. You will be the key point of contact and will build awareness of our programs and services and identify opportunities for collaboration with particular focus on our Financial Capability & Independence and Financial Inclusion & Access programs.

You will drive impact by:

  • Identifying, securing, developing and monitoring our partnerships
  • Leading development and implementation of our Partnership Management Framework and processes
  • Lead the process to coordinate development and delivery of engagement plans for each stakeholder group
  • Identify and develop a suit of engagement tools and materials ensuring targeted content for each stakeholder
  • Identify and initiate further opportunities for expanding partnerships and optimising impact
  • Lead a collaborative process to design, develop, implement and optimise our stakeholder database

This is a full-time, ongoing position, however, please talk to us about how we can make this role flexible for you including (but not limited to) flexible hours and location.

About you

We are looking for someone with substantial experience in liaising and negotiating with senior leaders and advising on approaches to stakeholder engagement and external communication. You will also have a track record in building constructive, trusted and effective relationships coupled with a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

This role requires:

  • Qualifications in communications, public policy, public relations, social work, case management or a related field. Post graduate qualifications would be advantageous.
  • Substantial post-graduate experience in the Community Sector and in particular Family and Domestic Violence Services
  • Substantial experience building and managing strong partnerships including working in the community sector and in particular Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) services
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills for facilitating and building effective and trusting relationships with key stakeholders across all levels
  • High level strategic thinking and problem-solving with the ability to navigate complex issues and turn strategy into action
  • Experience in the management and monitoring of high-level stakeholder plans
  • Evidence of full Covid-19 vaccination, or medical exemption
