Are you highly organised, detail-driven and confident juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment? Dr Sophie Scamps is seeking a Diary Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the effective planning and management of her time.
Reporting to the Deputy Chief of Staff and working closely with the Member and Chief of Staff, you will manage and coordinate the Member’s diary, ensuring appointments, meetings, events and travel are efficiently scheduled and aligned with strategic priorities.
You will be the key liaison between the office and the community, working with constituents, stakeholders, local organisations and parliamentary colleagues to facilitate meaningful engagement.
This is a part-time position (4 days per week) based in the Mackellar electorate office, with occasional local travel and flexibility required during parliamentary sitting weeks and peak periods.

Renumeration for this role is $74,537 to $78,911 FTE plus an employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%.
