Curijo is a 100% Aboriginal-owned and led consulting business at a stage that is growing fast, with a strong reputation and high demand for our services. To protect what makes us exceptional while we scale, we're bringing on a General Manager: a senior operator who can own the day-to-day so our Co-CEOs can focus on strategy and growth.

This is a whole-of-business leadership role where commercial rigour and cultural integrity go hand in hand.

You will lead five direct reports, build the systems that let a talented team do their best work, and help Curijo grow in a way that stays true to its values.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Senior leadership experience in a small-to-medium organisation
• Strong understanding of Aboriginal community contexts and cultural governance
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams with accountability
• Background in consulting, program delivery, social services or community-based work
• Commercial and financial management capability
• High emotional intelligence and stakeholder relationship skills

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary

• $170,000 – $190,000 + superannuation (profit-sharing performance bonuses may apply)
• Location Eastern Seaboard preferred but not essential · flexible for the right candidate
• Team 5 direct reports · whole-of-business scope
