We have an opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, 4 days a week. This position will be based in our head office in Glebe (Sydney), NSW. We are a well-established, rapidly growing business, operating out of 4 major cities and online, supplying a wide range of vegan products, including food, health, fashion, beauty and household items. Our company goal is to promote ethical living by providing cruelty-free, vegan alternatives to mainstream products.

You will have:

• Strong experience with Xero and Vend;
• Ability to manage and reconcile Inventory;
• Excellent problem solving skills;
• Ability to work unsupervised and high attention to detail;
• Good communication skills and a team player; and
• Ability to understand & interpret Industrial Pay Awards.

Responsibilities will include:

• Reconciliation of Xero;
• Reconciliation of Vend and Inventory;
• Processing of Payroll; and
• Processing of Creditors & inter-store Debtors.

Remuneration package will be negotiated based upon relevant experience.
