Whether you're supporting clients to stay connected to their family and friends, or helping them with tasks of daily living, as a Support Worker, you will make a difference every day and be truly valued.

To apply for these roles, you do not need qualifications or experience. We provide a 3-week pathway to employment program to successful candidates.

Providing support to individuals throughout the local community, our client currently has full-time and part-time (minimum 15 hours per week) opportunities available.

About the Role

• Support individuals and enrich communities
• Work with clients in their own homes, and out in the community
• Help provide independence for an individual
• Daily tasks may include laundry, bed making, housekeeping, cleaning bathrooms, transportation of clients to appointments/shopping, social support, and companionship

About You

• Candidates with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
• Life experience as a Carer is desirable, but not essential
• A kind, caring and empathetic nature, with a positive approach to client service
• Ability to use smart phones and handheld devices
• Ability to travel for in home care roles including Current Driver's Licence, Car Registration and Comprehensive Insurance documents
• Industry mandated clearances; National Criminal History Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Check (assistance can be provided in obtaining clearances), and mandatory vaccinations
