Blooming HR is a small HR Consultancy that is supporting the community services and NFP sector.
Blooming HR continues to grow and now needs the support of a dedicated, talented and self motivated Recruitment and HR Consultant to help grow the recruitment business and support the Principal with HR related assignments.
The manager is committed to the professional growth and development of the successful candidate and will provide coaching and guidance to ensure your career aspirations are met.
The role could be part time or full time and requires fast work pace, ability to build relationships and a commitment to exception client and candidate care.
You must be able to work independently and you will have the opportunity to work from home and flexible hours.
You must have a driver’s licence and your own vehicle to travel between offices and attend client meetings and interviews as required.
