The Events Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a range of high-profile organisational events, conferences, and workshops, including the annual WA ACCHS State Sector Conference, Youth Conference, Members Planning Day, and key program area events. You will also support AHCWA's participation in external forums, expos, and sector engagements.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will bring events to life from concept through to delivery – managing timelines, budgets, logistics, venues, suppliers, and communications. You will also act as the primary point of contact for enquiries related to key organisational events, ensuring a professional, welcoming and well-coordinated experience for all participants.

Please note: In addition to the above skills and experience, the successful candidate will require an unrestricted WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence, and be required to submit a National Police Clearance (dated within 3 months) prior to appointment.
