Reporting to the Team Leader, in this part-time (4 days per week), max term role for 6 months, you'll work as a part of our Youth Resilience and Support Service in Sydney to help us create lasting change for young people and their families affected by the Bondi shootings.

You will make a difference by:

• Overseeing and coordinating the effective planning and implementation of the project, in line with contract requirements, project objectives and organisational policy and guidelines
• Managing communication and effective information dissemination with project partners and stakeholders, maintaining positive relations
• Building relationships and networks with the local community, including the Jewish Community and other community service organisations, to ensure community engagement and participation
• Developing and maintaining a high standard of progress reporting and data collection
• Monitoring and overseeing financial tracking of the project, to ensure effective, efficient and timely performance of financial functions of the contract

• Proven record of coordinating and implementing complex projects in a community setting with a diverse range of stakeholders

• Experience in financial tracking, data collection and report writing
