About the Role

As our Clinical Nursing Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical direction of our aged care services. Working collaboratively with our team, you will provide guidance, oversight, and hands-on clinical support to ensure best practice care is delivered at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support to aged care participants
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Support and mentor support staff in clinical practices
• Liaise with families, allied health, and external stakeholders
• Promote a safe, respectful, and empowering environment

About You

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Experience in aged care, community care, or disability settings
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about person-centred care and making a difference
• Ability to work collaboratively within a growing team
