Do you want to be part of a feminist organisation that is dedicated to making a future where gender equality is a reality? We’re seeking a Coordinator to lead the ASISTA program on a parental leave cover contract.
Are you passionate about gender equality and supporting young people to thrive?
Our Coordinator, Asista Program walks alongside female and gender diverse young people (12-18) in the child protection system, creating safe, consistent connections that foster confidence, trust and life skills. Through a mentoring model, you’ll support meaningful relationships between young people and volunteer mentors, helping to nurture resilience and a sense of belonging as they move toward independence.
Every day, you’ll help create inclusive spaces, strengthen community connections and champion positive outcomes for young people. You’ll collaborate with volunteers, partners and colleagues, using your skills and compassion to support growth, empowerment and lasting change.
