YWCA Canberra is a leading feminist, not-for-profit organisation that has been providing community services and representing women’s issues in Canberra since its establishment in 1929.
Established in the 1880s, we are one of 11 affiliated Member Associations of the Australian YWCA movement. Through our national Member Association, YWCA Australia, we are part of the World YWCA network, which connects 125 countries across the globe.
We have a rich history of supporting women and girls in Canberra through the Great Depression, the Second World War, and the rapid social and cultural changes Canberra has experienced in recent years. Today, we provide leading and innovative services to women and the broader Canberra community in the areas of children’s services, community development, housing, youth services, personal and professional training, and women’s leadership.
As Digital Content Producer, you will work as part of a highly collaborative and dynamic communication, advocacy and fundraising team. You will be the sort of person that thrives in a fast paced and energetic environment, keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest social media, graphic design, and digital video production trends.
If you are enthused by our work and positive culture, are a great storyteller, and have excellent design skills, this role is for you.
An attractive remuneration package with access to salary sacrificing options available to a charity is negotiable depending on skills and experience.
Our central office is based in Canberra City, and is a friendly, collegial and collaborative working environment.
