Youthworx Productions is a pioneering youth media social enterprise that trains and employs young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in creative and commercial media production.

The successful applicant must have the business expertise, experience and passion to drive the growth of this enterprise whilst balancing its social objectives.

The role is a mix of driving new income opportunities (including taking strategic advantage of the Victorian governments social procurement policy) as well as managing existing and creating new relationships, overseeing business development and managing diverse customer and stakeholder relationships and expectations.

This role is pivotal to our aspirations to scale-up the enterprise.
