- Program Trainer - Adelaide Metro - FT
The FT Program Trainer plays a key role in delivering our 10-week Personal Leadership Program with high school students, including facilitation of group training, effective one-on-one coaching, and providing ongoing support once students graduate the program. This role is based in Adelaide Metro and surrounding areas.
Trainers are accountable for:
- Efficient delivery and facilitation of programs and graduate engagement
- Maintaining student safety and compliance with best practice
- Contributing to continual improvement including program resources and facilitation techniques
- Personal leadership and team culture

Successful applicants will have
- High quality facilitation and coaching skills: relatable and engaging
- Understanding of the challenges young people face
- Demonstrated capacity to work with a broad range of people
- Ability to be a positive role model, embodies personal leadership
- Emotional intelligence and empathy
- Tertiary qualification in Training, Education, Psychology, Social work, Youth Work or similar field (desirable)
- Working with children check*
- Completed Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education & Care (RRHAN-EC) training*
- First Aid and Youth Mental Health certification*
- Current driver’s license
