We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Youth Worker to join the Get Back in the Game program in Campbelltown NSW. You will work with young people (aged 15-19) using a client centered, strengths-based approach in helping them work through their non-vocational challenges to employment and support them to overcome complex barriers. As part of a support team you will provide tailored, individualised support with the end goal of achieving sustainable employment, education and/or training outcomes.
