We have an exciting opportunity for a highly proactive, creative, and innovative Youth Guide to join our Kingaroy Transition to Work team to curate a positive and welcoming experience for anyone who walks through our doors!
As the first point of engagement, you will be required to provide a high level of customer service to greet our young clients and their families, and seamlessly direct them to relevant expert team members for further assistance.
As the Youth Guide, you will:
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week. Normal business hours are 8:30AM to 5PM. However, on Thursdays, this role will start at 10:30AM with a 7PM finish.
