Seeking an experienced and resilient Project Manager to lead key initiatives within our Contemporary Industrial Relations (CIR) program.

As the Project Manager you will lead key initiatives within our Contemporary Industrial Relations (CIR) program, with a strong focus on Human Capital Management. This role operates across the enterprise and requires a strategic mindset, moving beyond single business stream delivery to align with broader organisational objectives.
This position will be appointed on a maximum term contract basis until 31 Dec 2026.
You will demonstrate strong resilience and the ability to navigate complex and evolving environments. You will have proven experience in change management, successfully guiding teams through complex and evolving environments while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement at all levels. A pragmatic and solutions-focused approach is essential, with the ability to balance competing priorities, make informed decisions, and drive delivery outcomes.
While deep Industrial Relations expertise is not required, familiarity with workplace relations or people-related projects will be highly regarded, with subject matter experts supporting this domain.
