Based at Milton and reporting to the Performance and Capability Manager, this newly created role will see you helping to implement and deliver on our new people strategy. You will develop, coordinate and deliver a range of initiatives, programs and projects aimed at improving the employee experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Provide best practice and contemporary advice to leaders
  • Collaborate across our workforce, undertake consultation and liaise with a broad range of stakeholders from Executive to team members
  • Lead the development and delivery of initiatives, programs and projects in key focus areas of performance, capability, culture and engagement
  • Design and delivery of surveys, including analysis and reporting
  • Apply a digital lens to create efficiency, effectiveness and an improved employee experience

what we are looking for

You are forward thinking and motivated by the proactive development of people initiatives. A natural collaborator, with a proven track record in delivering a range of people initiatives from implementation through to completion, you are up always up for a challenge and enjoy seeing projects through to completion.

You will be great in this role if you also have:

  • Passion, commitment and belief in young people
  • Degree qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in generalist, advisory, coordinator, organisational development or project human resources roles
  • Highly developed organisational skills including the ability to manage expectations and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think strategically, analyse complex situations and data and develop creative, evidence-based solutions
