your opportunity

Based in Milton and working with the Growth – Marketing and Fundraising team, this role is responsible for ensuring yourtown’s digital platforms and campaigns are accurately tracked, measured, and optimised to support growth and social impact.

You will design and govern digital analytics and tagging frameworks, enabling high-quality end-to-end measurement and delivering insights that improve engagement, conversion and supporter experience. 

your role will include:

  • Designing and maintaining tag management frameworks across digital platforms to ensure accurate and consistent data capture
  • Owning and optimising digital analytics platforms (e.g. GA4) to track performance across user journeys and campaigns
  • Developing dashboards and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights on acquisition, engagement and conversion
  • Ensuring data quality, governance and privacy compliance across digital tracking and analytics environments
  • Collaborating with marketing, fundraising, product and technology teams to enable data-driven decision making 

what we are looking for

You are a highly analytical and detail-oriented specialist with strong experience in digital analytics and tagging, who can translate complex data into clear insights that drive decision making and performance improvements.  

You will also bring:

  • Passion, commitment and belief in young people
  • Proven experience with analytics and tag management platforms (e.g. GA4, Google Tag Manager) across complex environments
  • Strong ability to interpret data, build dashboards and generate actionable insights
  • Knowledge of digital marketing measurement, attribution, and optimisation techniques 
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
