our program

Transition to Work (TtW) and Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) are Australian Government’s youth specialist employment service programs that support young people to develop practical skills to gain employment or connect with education or training. At yourtown, we understand everyone is unique – and so is their journey to finding work. We don’t just help with the job hunt. We provide tailored, youth-focused support for young people to get work, skills and practical help to transform their lives.

In 2024/25, we supported 4,364 young people in building skills, confidence, and a clear sense of direction for their future. Through paid work placements, industry exposure, and one-on-one coaching, yourtown helped young people develop real-world experience and long-term career pathways. This year, 1,405 young people moved into work and 602 transitioned into further education, proof that with the right support, opportunity becomes transformation.
