As a Recruitment, Employment, and Compliance Administrator, you will provide crucial support to the Senior Recruitment Advisor, managers, and employees across the entire employment lifecycle, fostering the growth of a diverse and engaged workforce. In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing mandatory compliance and ongoing checks as well as maintaining/ archiving of records for the personnel files.

To be successful in this role you'll share Yooralla’s values and have:

  • Administrative Excellence: Demonstrated proficiency in providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring seamless operations and efficient execution of tasks within the recruitment and employment (R&E) function.
  • Compliance Management: Proven ability to conduct meticulous compliance checks and maintain accurate records, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Adept at building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders (External and Internal), facilitating smooth communication and collaboration to achieve shared objectives and keeping them well informed.
  • Candidate Management: Experience in managing candidate data and maintaining master trackers, ensuring the timely and accurate tracking of candidates undergoing compliance checks throughout the recruitment process
  • Documentation Expertise: Skilled in supporting the issuance of employment letters/contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and reflective of organizational policies, procedures and legal requirements.
  • Commitment to Quality and Accuracy:Demonstrated commitment to delivering work of the highest quality with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and with integrity.
  • Adaptability and Initiative:Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline (Highly regarded)
  • Generalist Human Resources experience or Administrative experience within HR environment
  • Experience in conducting or supporting end to end recruitment, selection and employment activities
  • Experience in providing HR related advice to managers and employees
  • Experience in providing timely responses with integrity and quality
  • Experience using HR software platforms, especially Page Up (highly regarded)
  • Current National Police Check (Must); International Police Check (if required)
