YFS is establishing a new outreach team to support growing numbers of people rough sleeping in our city.
As part of this team, Homelessness Outreach Specialists will connect with people wherever they are to provide practical assistance and help people to find stable housing with the additional supports they need.
We’re looking for people with great communication skills and an understanding of issues contributing to homelessness to fulfil these roles. You will need to be practical, flexible and have a high level of empathy.
The team will work outside standard business hours, so let us know what hours suit you best – mornings or afternoons/evenings.
