Our housing and homeless services are evolving rapidly in response to increasing demand and we’re looking for an exceptional, practical, and inspiring leader to manage our Housing and Financial Capability Programs.
Reporting to the CEO, the Client Service Manager (Housing and Financial Capability) will be responsible for managing a complex range of programs focused on achieving housing and financial resilience outcomes for our clients.
The ideal person for this role will have great interpersonal communication skills, strategic focus and a good knowledge of the housing/homelessness and community services sector.
The role requires a strong leader to mentor and work alongside our program managers and staff, manage change in a challenging environment and work collaboratively across YFS programs.
You’ll also need good relationship management skills to build our partnerships across the housing and hardship service system and engage with sector and community stakeholders.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Slacks Creek, and salary is $109,128 – $113,425 based on experience, with salary sacrificing available.
