Unison is a not for profit Organisation that provides a diverse range of housing services across Victoria and in Adelaide, including social housing, affordable housing, private rental, transitional housing and owner’s corporation services.

We provide affordable housing, and work to reduce disadvantage and social exclusion for people who have previously been homeless, by helping to create communities around them. Unison also assists over 3000 people each year who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The Place Manager, Transitional Housing manages a Unison transitional housing portfolio with properties located in Western Melbourne. The main objectives of this role is to ensure Unison provides high quality, safe and sustainable housing and that Unison tenants are supported to sustain their housing, and maximise their participation in communities that thrive. This role reports to the Team Leader, Place Management.
