This is a great opportunity to join a well-respected community legal and social welfare agency for young people and play your part in helping young people and their families to get their lives back on track! YAC has a multidisciplinary team delivering services across the greater Brisbane area generally, to young people aged 10-18 years who are involved in, or at risk of involvement in the youth justice and/or child protection systems, and/or are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The BOSS caseworker supports the delivery of YAC’s Bail Support Service. BOSS aims for:
YAC is looking for a person who is enthusiastic about working with young people, displays good judgement and initiative and is a good team member.
YAC has an expectation that all staff will be reliable and punctual, both within the office and in responding to young people and their families, and that they will support diversity and respect in the workplace and in their practice.
