Wyndham Community & Education Centre is seeking a creative and self-motivated individual to coordinate our role in the annual Wyndham Learning Festival.
Wyndham CEC is one of Victoria's largest Adult & Community Education providers and a leader in supporting people and communities to make positive changes for their future. Founded over 45 years ago, Wyndham CEC helps build individual and community capacity so that people can enhance their present circumstances and future prospects.
Wyndham CEC offers a range of education and community programs for a broad cross section of the community. These programs have a strong emphasis on the disadvantaged, youth, refugee & humanitarian entrants, and other new & emerging communities.
The Wyndham Learning Festival Coordinator will be Wyndham CEC’s lead for the annual festival delivered in partnership with Wyndham City Council. Key responsibilities will include the co-ordination of the festival working group, coordination of the development of festival collateral, contributing to marketing and promotional activities directed towards event holders and event participants, development of the festival program, maintenance of the festival website and contributing to festival evaluation and feedback cycles.
This is a two days per week part-term position reporting to Wyndham CEC’s Projects Manager. The position is ongoing subject to funding.
