The Opportunity to be a Changemaker…

Our People & Culture (P&C) department are looking for a P&C Administrator to join our ranks in a high performing and energetic team environment. This is a great opportunity for a strong administrator to join a large organisation with a global presence, in an exciting time of growth and improvement for both World Vision and our P&C Operations team.

This role is a permanent position operating part-time 4 days/week Monday to Thursday and will be based at our head office in Burwood East, Victoria.

On a day to day basis, the P&C Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Taking a service-oriented approach to responding to incoming requests for P&C information or advice
  • Responding to and completing requests raised through our HR Service Now case management system
  • Administration and processing of employment contracts and position change requests
  • Lodging and management of Criminal Record Checks and Working with Children Checks
  • Coordinating service awards and advising managers of contract end dates
  • Scheduling and coordinating induction training
  • Engaging with P&C and business stakeholders and working closely with the payroll team
  • Collaborating with team members on continual process and delivery improvement

Who we are looking for…

Ideally you will have performed a similar HR Administrator or Assistant role or be studying HR with an administration background, having had exposure to and familiarity with basic HR process and policy. A great team fit will be the candidate who is action oriented with a service approach to their work – and like any administrative based role, have a high degree of attention to detail, enjoy completing tasks and working as part of a team!
