As a Marketing Advisor you will be accountable for contributing to marketing plans and activity to; increase the financial and non-financial value (growth) and tenure (retention) of supporters in the mass and middle donor segments. This includes the setting of campaign targets and development of campaign activity with performance metrics in line with the overall marketing strategy. This role encompasses both growth and retention activities within these segments.
Your role plays an integral part in the organisation, enabling us to support our mission of empowering Australians to create meaningful change for the world’s most vulnerable children and adults.
In this role you will work in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the business, requiring a hands-on approach to developing and executing on a marketing plan that will support the segments in achieving their income and retention targets. Marketing Advisor role requires leadership, campaign team management, plan development, campaign planning and execution, reporting, stakeholder and supplier relationship management.
