We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Principal Consultant to join our close knit Sydney team.

Each day will be different as you liaise with a range of clients across various sectors across the public and private sector, not-for-profit and leading law firms. Key responsibilities include end to end management of:

• Workplace investigations into employee misconduct, typically involving complaints of bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
• Culture reviews and audits, and developing realistic, practical, and sustainable recommendations.
• Internal projects such ensuring our processes are remain best practice and writing thought leadership pieces.

You will also be required to facilitate face to face and virtual workshops on people and culture compliance.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role or field and can confidently manage complex and sensitive matters with empathy and cultural awareness. You will have meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills and will be able to juggle multiple matters at any one time. Most importantly, you are steadfast in your ability to remain independent and with the highest of integrity, whilst building and maintaining positive and strong client relationships.

Individuals with a background in human resources, law, or related fields who possess a keen understanding of employee misconduct and risk management will excel in this position.
