IT Manager

Woodville Alliance
  • Hands-on technical manager
  • Lead and influence the business systems strategy
  • Competitive Salary + NFP salary packaging benefits

The Company

Woodville Alliance is a medium-sized, community-based organisation with services and programs in disability, mental health, family and youth support, community development and early childhood education and care. Our head office is in Fairfield, and we work across Western Sydney.

The Role

The IT Manager will develop and implement a business systems plan and technology solutions, to drive enhancement, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organisation.

The environment is quite modern – Office365, cloud-based, with a few SAAS apps and some legacy technology. There’s significant scope for improvement – consolidation of disparate systems, vendor management, hardening cyber security, delivering today and planning for the future.

The IT Manager will provide technical leadership and consulting from strategic decision making through to project planning and implementation. While you’ll have the support of an external IT service provider, you will need to be hands-on.

About you

First and foremost, you will embrace our Values. You care about the process and about the outcome. You are a problem solver who can communicate. And you understand the virtues of humility and collaboration.

We are looking for a technology generalist, either a manager or someone ready for a step up. You’ll know what a technology road map is, and that pressing restart is a viable fix for technology. You will know technology and how to lead change. And you will know how to prioritise, plan and manage risk.
