ABOUT THE ROLE

Wombat’s Youth programs provide outreach case management support to young people in the inner west of Melbourne who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We work to reduce the barriers to young people obtaining accommodation. Our clients may reside in THM, social housing, private rental or be couch surfing. Part of the program also focuses on culturally and linguistically diverse young people.

The team leader oversees the delivery of the programs, supports staff and works alongside the management team to meet the needs of young people referred to the program.
