TADPAC is a disability social enterprise and a leading provider of digital printing solutions, specialising in high-quality, customisable print products for businesses and individuals. The Workflow Assistant supports the entire operations of the program to ensure smooth customer experiences and collaboration with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality products and deliveries are delivered. The role also works alongside our supported employees supporting with training and production (Supported employees have a disability).

The role reports to the Disability Services Coordinator and works alongside the Sales, Print, and Bindery Officers. The tasks and duties for this role will vary regularly and will be defined each day by the production team in our daily production meetings.

What’s on offer

In addition to receiving a salary commencing at $24.76 per hour and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.

There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchased leave program and access to paid parental leave for up to 10 weeks.

About you

You will have a background in sales/retail or a customer facing role, as well as:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (essential).
  • Experience in working with vulnerable people (preferable).
  • Basic knowledge of digital printing technologies and processes (preferable).
  • Proficiency in using basic digital and software systems (e.g. MS Suite) (essential).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently (essential).
  • Australian drivers’ licence (essential)
