The purpose of this role is to work with vulnerable families with complex disabilities and support needs whilst working with other service providers and support networks to enhance relationships, parenting skills and overall wellbeing and safety of children within the families. The role will draw upon on the broader family services sector to support families to transition into the NDIS and to navigate the system ensuring timely access to disability supports.
