We have a new opportunity for a Senior Homelessness Worker to join our Gippsland Homelessness Services Program. The program delivers a range of support services to individuals and families who are homeless, or at risk of experiencing homelessness. The program assists clients to access and maintain sustainable housing and break the cycle of homelessness.
As a Senior Worker, you will work in partnership with the Children, Youth and Families Manager to provide effective leadership support to a committed team. The role will carry a reduced case load of clients and will be responsible for providing formal supervision and mentoring support to team members and students. The Senior Worker will contribute to the overall development of the program and promote high quality service delivery.
