About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, welcoming team to supervise the weekend trading of our small boutique op shop. By providing exceptional customer service, high standards of merchandising, and recruiting and supporting volunteers working on shift with the supervisor. To assist the manager with the effective running of the op shop, and liaise with team members to achieve results.

About you

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in customer service and dealing with the public
• Demonstrated skills and experience in retail
• Demonstrated knowledge of brands and fashion trends
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work with a combination of volunteers and employees
