This role offers a diverse and engaging roster, including a mix of active night shifts, sleepover shifts, afternoon shifts, and weekend work.

If you do not currently meet the above requirements, you will have the opportunity to enrol in and start the minimum qualification training upon commencement.
This will occur during initial induction (first 2 weeks) before any direct care is provided.
It is expected that the mandatory units of competency (including the workplace hours and assessments) are completed within 12 weeks of enrolment. Additionally, if you are undertaking the minimum qualification, you are expected to complete the qualification within the timeframe prescribed by the education training provider.
