About the opportunity

You will be the first point of contact for people calling, emailing or visiting our Head Office, providing a positive, and welcoming experience that promotes a culture of community and connection.

You will also ensure things run smoothly by coordinating office communication, admin, supplies and operations, as well as the day-to-day maintenance of amenities to provide a safe and well-functioning work environment.

About you

You often receive positive feedback on your people interactions and have a reputation for providing a great experience in a receptionist or customer facing role. 

You are calm under pressure and love a good problem to solve. You are confident with your written communication skills and know your way around Office 365.
