Your new role

As part of our P&C Partnerships team, you'll partner with leaders across Uniting to provide practical, solutions-focused people advice and support.

You'll work across employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, organisational change, performance management, remuneration and WHS, helping leaders navigate workforce challenges and achieve positive outcomes.

This role suits an established HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll be confident building relationships, influencing outcomes and providing practical advice in a large, complex organisation.

We're looking for someone who is adaptable, resilient and collaborative, with the ability to navigate competing priorities, work through ambiguity and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.

You'll bring:

  • Experience partnering with leaders to provide practical people advice across a broad range of workforce matters.
  • Sound knowledge of the National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and Fair Work frameworks.
  • Experience managing employee relations matters, including performance management, workplace concerns and investigations.
  • Demonstrated capability across areas such as workforce planning, organisational change, WHS or organisational development.
  • The ability to interpret industrial instruments, classifications and employment conditions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted and productive relationships.
