About the opportunity

Our Business Partners work closely with Uniting’s business leaders and P&C subject matter experts to deliver a full range of value adding people and culture programs and services to attract, develop, manage and retain a large and diverse workforce.

You will be challenged to build strong relationships, work independently, develop capability, facilitate positive change and be able thrive within a complex and demanding environment.

About you

You have relevant human resources related tertiary qualifications and strong generalist human resources experience including employee relations.

Previous experience working within community services or related experience in not-for-profit and/or non-government (NGO) organisations is an advantage.
