    About the opportunity

    We have an exciting opportunity to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the General Manager (GM) Housing & Property. This is an essential role within the organisation as the Executive Assistant (EA) will act as point of contact and support the work in areas of governance, business support, compliance and risk, reporting, housing compliance, property development and projects.

    The EA is responsible for managing key priorities, capturing information, coordinating meetings and building high level relationships with key stakeholders, including providing assistance to the Uniting Housing Australia Company Secretary and Board of Directors.

    In addition to providing general support and assistance, the EA will prepare and coordinate briefings, manage diary and travel, and develop and maintain systems and processes for the GM Housing and Property.

    About you

    You are an enthusiastic and approachable individual who is able to achieve results whilst keeping two steps ahead and anticipating the needs of senior leadership. You are self-motivated and capable of managing your workload and prioritising multi -tasks in a busy environment. You have previous experience working as an Executive Assistant, you enjoy meeting people and have well developed interpersonal skills and relationship management.
