About the opportunity:

We are seeking Early Childhood Teachers who are passionate and motivated about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families accessing our small community based early learning service. The ECT will work with Educators to develop and implement a high quality kindergarten program to a group of up to 22 children. Working in a shared kindergarten space, with a second kindergarten group operating on different days, a high level of ability to collaborate and work in a team is vital. Provision of high quality programs, pedagogical leadership and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.

About you:

We are looking experienced, passionate and dedicated early childhood professionals to make a difference to the lives of children and their families who has:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA)
• Extensive prior experience in an early childhood setting including in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high quality programs  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and build a collaborative team environment and positive team culture are a must
