This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, the National Quality Framework, Child Safe Standards, and organisational policies. It involves working collaboratively within a professional team to deliver high-quality early childhood programs in a safe, inclusive, responsive, and supportive environment that is centred on the interests and needs of each child. The role also requires a commitment to ongoing reflective practice, continuous improvement, and contributing to a positive team and organisational culture.
You’ll be joining Uniting’s Early Learning directorate – a purpose-led team working across Victoria and Tasmania to shape better futures for children and families.
