Wesley Mission is a high profile, multi-faceted Christian organisation making a real difference in the community. We work with the most disadvantaged in our community by providing over 200 services ranging from disability, aged care, homeless services, child and family care, counselling, employment, training and education, and health services.

We are looking for experienced, committed youth workers, who are responsible for developing, assisting and supporting young people in a strength based, therapeutic model of care to provide growth and safety until they become adults. The program has a strong focus on facilitating and supporting the young people, their families and key stakeholders, to recover from trauma with a multi-disciplinary team-based approach through individualised, person-centred care.
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 3 HERE.
