About the role

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator/junior HR Generalist looking to take the next step in their career.

As the HR Advisor reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will have allocated business groups that you support. In this hands-on generalist position, you will be responsible for:

  • providing best practice HR advice to line managers and employees
  • interpreting and providing advice on different industrial instruments
  • guiding and supporting line managers in all aspects of employee relations issues
  • supporting managers in the recruitment and onboarding process
  • be involved in the delivery of key HR related projects
  • contributing to the development and review of HR policies and procedures
  • delivering orientation and HR training on a regular basis.

About you

You are someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • minimum 2 years’ experience working as a HR generalist
  • experience in providing generalist HR advice, including in employee relations
  • experience and commitment in driving positive organisational outcomes
  • strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to liaise effectively and professionally with stakeholders
  • ability to work under pressure, balancing multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
