The role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join our organisation.

If you are an experienced change manager with a proven track record in successfully leading change initiatives to successful completion, this could be the role for you.

The Change Manager will work across a number of strategic projects, working closely with teams to deliver lasting and sustainable change. The role is expected to operate at a senior level; demonstrating high levels of autonomy, astute business and commercial acumen, an ability to foster strong internal relationships and drive positive outcomes for clients, staff and the organisation.

Essential skills and knowledge

• Qualification/s in a relevant tertiary discipline such as business, commerce or psychology
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a change management role
• Experience in leading change initiatives to successful completion
• Demonstrated experience working within and utilising a change management framework
• Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, flexible, patient and ability to relate well to all levels of stakeholders
• Thorough attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, public speaking and presentation capabilities

Desirable skills and knowledge

• Tertiary qualification/certification in change management
• Not for profit or cause-related experience, particularly within a project management or change management role
• Experience working in a management consultancy

Remuneration
