Wintringham’s Supportive Housing Project – the Audrey Rainsford Building is comprised of beautifully finished apartments centrally located in Carlton. The Supportive Housing multi-disciplinary team consists of Coordinators, Case Workers, Recreation staff and Tenancy staff, who are in place to support a staged approach to independent living and enhance the community engagement of its residents.
An exciting opportunity exists to be an integral part of a dynamic project at Wintringham. The HHS - Supportive Housing Case Worker position is suitable for candidates with experience in Intensive Case Management or skills in AOD Mental Health, Family Violence or Homelessness. This role will manage a caseload of residents at Audrey Rainsford, helping them identify their strengths, as well as their support needs while developing individualised case plans. The position will work collaboratively with residents to create a meaningful life, assisting them to develop self-management skills with the aim of supporting them to live independently and get involved in community engagement.
The Case worker role is Full Time, working across a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, including varying weekday shifts from 8:30am-7pm.
