About the role

Supporting parents and families is a fundamental part of what we do at Windermere. Our Family Health & Wellbeing services aim to assist families experiencing a range of concerns affecting the safety, growth and development of their children and the family as a whole. As an Integrated Family Services Worker you will utilise the capability building Practitioner Coaching Framework to deliver personalised and strength based services, including outreach parenting and behaviour management support. You will join a friendly team of professionals who are tremendously dedicated and passionate about what they do.

We currently have 2 x full-time fixed term contracts until June 2023. This position is a hybrid model of working remotely (outreach) and within one of our offices based in the South East of Victoria (Narre Warren or Pakenham).

About You

You will hold Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or a similar level qualification. Furthermore you will have specialist knowledge and relevant experience in parenting support services and strengths based intervention support.
