The Opportunity:

A strong P&C function partnering with leaders is crucial at Windana so that we develop the best AOD workforce that delivers service excellence. Success in this role will ensure that we build strong leadership and team dynamics with the ability to deliver on strategic goals and positive outcomes for clients so they can rebuild their lives. The People & Culture Business Partner will work collaboratively with the People & Culture team, managers, and the broader leadership team to deliver against development priorities in support of our organisation’s goals.

We are looking for a seasoned HR/P&C Business Partner with the skills and experience to engage, coach and mentor leaders of all experience. This stand-alone BP role provides the opportunity to influence the whole organisation, as we implement changes and embed a growth and learning mindset. This is a rare chance for someone with solid BP experience to bring their skills to a for-purpose values-driven organisation. We offer an annual salary from $92,000 to $95,000 and great conditions (including salary packaging which may increase your take home pay). You will be able to work from home as well as from our office conveniently located in St Kilda (pending restrictions). The People & Culture Team:

This is an exciting time to join Windana’s People and Culture team as we rebuild and grow. It’s a rare opportunity to join a new team and have influence and impact on organisational development and culture.

We provide high level advice to Windana employees across the full employment lifecycle with a view to continuously improve on the employee experience and quality improvement. We partner with managers to enable them to build strong teams. We have responsibility for recruitment and selection, onboarding, job evaluation, learning and development, employee relations, safety and engagement, and quality compliance and accreditation.
